So I’m normally not one to try and cram health related stuff down people’s gullets.  I’m really not.  I’m the champion of cupcakes, champagne, chocolate, and folderol.  However… about a month ago my husband and I watched this documentary on Netflix, and I am not exaggerating when I say it has changed our lives.  Not only that, but by word of mouth, so many people in our community have watched it and have adopted this mindset, that it is astounding.  People you wouldn’t ordinarily think would do this.  People who probably haven’t eaten vegetables of any substantial amount in decades.  I know I hadn’t.  But all that has changed.

Do me a favor… just check it out.  There isn’t anything gross in it, there are no massive scare tactics like some health documentaries use.  Just a cool guy from Australia who was fed up getting the runaround by doctors, and fed up with his own eating habits.

The first half of the movie is good.  But it is the last half of the movie that is so amazing, so incredibly inspiring, that for the first time in my life I can honestly, wholeheartedly use the phrase “if HE can do it, I can do it!”    And for me, it isn’t a weight thing.  It is a health thing.  A “I want to feel energized, glowing, and free!” thing.   And it is astonishing to see the results first hand, let me tell ya.  ~Aimee~
