Today is the day.  My husband and I are starting a 60 day fruit/veggie juicing odyssey.  Nothing else but that, for 60 days, as per the Joe Cross movie, Fat Sick & Nearly Dead.This morning’s breakfast was a recipe I followed from the movie.  But this orange concoction was one I made up on the fly.  I have to say, I was skeptical about just playing mad scientist and throwing veggies and fruit together willynilly. However, my latest concoction is surprisingly yummy! Carrots, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, celery, bosc pears, and an apple. Gratuitous cheeseball in the picture not included.
